Branding and website to showcase tailored workforce training solutions for employers and community agencies for a start-up.

Project Overview

The CoreThink Training Inc. website project was initiated in early 2024, in collaboration with Shahina Suleman, the owner of the company. The primary goal was to create a digital platform that effectively communicates the value of Shahina's training services to her target audience, which includes both employers and community agencies.

Expanding Reach

With years of experience in developing and delivering workforce training programs for community agencies, Shahina sought to broaden her impact by offering her services directly to employers. The Success Blueprint process was instrumental in identifying the pain points faced by both employers and community agencies, allowing us to tailor her offerings to address these challenges effectively.

Success Blueprint Process

To ensure the website would resonate with potential clients, we employed the Success Blueprint methodology at the outset of the project. This structured approach allowed us to:

  • Identify Services: Pinpoint the specific training services Shahina would offer.
  • Define Target Audience: Understand the demographics and needs of the audiences she aimed to reach.
  • Research Competitors: We reviewed the websites and service offerings of similar businesses that offer workforce training services.

Through a series of discovery sessions, we focused on three key areas of Shahina's training services:

  1. Organizational Needs Assessment: Conducting assessments to determine the essential components of effective training programs.
  2. Training Program Development: Crafting training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of employees.
  3. Training Program Delivery: Ensuring that the training aligns workers' skills with the overarching objectives of their companies.

Website Features

The website was designed to be informative and user-friendly, incorporating several key features:

  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): A dedicated section to clarify the services offered and their value to potential clients.
  • Case Studies: Showcasing the process of creating, developing, and delivering customized training plans, highlighting successful collaborations with recent clients.
  • Visual Content: We recommended a Toronto-based photographer to capture high-quality imagery that reflects the professionalism and strength of the CoreThink brand.

Content Development

Working closely with Shahina, we developed website content that was informed by the insights gained from the Success Blueprint. This ensured that the messaging was aligned with the needs and expectations of the target audience.

  • Client Testimonials: Incorporating feedback from past training recipients and employers to reinforce the credibility and effectiveness of the services offered.

Branding and Design

Our design team created a robust brand identity that aligns with the focus on manufacturing, emphasizing strength and experience. Key elements included:

  • Logo Design: A memorable logo was crafted and provided in various formats for use across business cards, printed materials, and online platforms.
  • Visual Consistency: By creating both the brand and the website design in-house, we ensured that all design elements were cohesive and reflective of the brand's mission.

Website Development

The website is built and hosted on Webflow, which delivers fast-loading pages that rank well with search engines. To save on hosting costs for the first stage of this project, we elected not to use Webflow's content management system; the CMS will be utilized when the site is expanded to incorporate a blog. In the future, the CMS will make it easy for the client to update the website with new case studies, testimonials and blog posts. Webflow's platform includes code maintenance and an SSL certificate, which help to significantly reduce costs from other hosting options. Since 2019, we've delivered numerous client projects on the Webflow platform and seen impressive results in speed, time to delivery, and traffic.

Webflow provides a robust set of SEO features for websites. Users can customize meta titles and descriptions for each page to improve click-through rates from search engine results. The platform generates clean HTML for better indexing and optimizes images with alt text for accessibility. It supports SEO-friendly URL structures, automatically creates XML sitemaps, and enables 301 redirects to preserve SEO value. Integration with Google Search Console and Analytics allows for performance tracking, while fast loading times and mobile optimization enhance rankings. 

Social Media and Marketing Integration

As part of the website launch strategy in June 2025, we developed a LinkedIn company page and a series of initial posts to introduce CoreThink Training Inc. and its services to the professional community.

  • Email Marketing System: We integrated an email marketing platform to facilitate ongoing communication with interested employers and agencies, allowing Shahina to share relevant updates and insights as she grows her business.
