Penny spent 18 years in Canada's dance community, working as a stage and production manager with some of the country's finest ballet and modern dance companies and schools. A support role like no other, the stage manager helps the artistic staff realize their goals while ensuring that performers can give their very best at every performance. Working in new theatres every day while juggling the demands of travel across the country and around the world helped Penny develop a unique approach that she now brings to building websites and digital marketing plans. Just like a performance, a successful project comes out of a solid, repeatable process which is flexible enough to adapt to current conditions.

Eric's background in retail management and conference audio visual services gave him a close-up view of corporate communications. As an in-house technician at the Canadian headquarters of a multi-national information services company, he worked directly with managers and supported presenters on a wide variety of topics. A life-long learner, Eric took advantage of the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of business. After graduating from the Advertising program at Loyalist College, Eric's skills in design and social media were a welcome addition to the Build Marketing team.
